Position Summary:
We are currently looking for a Senior E-Business Analyst in our Pittsburgh, PA location:

Interfaces with marketmakers ie Ariba, SciQuest, CommerceOne etc.. to understand strategies and integration points and in turn leverage this information in all departments within Fisher. Provide project management support to assist Fisher Business Units in the definition of customer specific requirements. Coordinate processing of customer related IT PGP documents. Manage multiple project implementations and coordinate completion with other business units. Assist with customer testing and sign off of new website functionality. Provide value-added services in generating electronic billing/usage reports.

1. Co-ordinates information flows between marketmakers and Fisher departments.
2. Participate in customers councils with marketmakers.
3. Directs other E-Business Project Analysts towards achieving overall group goals and objectives.
4. Coordinates receipt of all customer related service requests to include verification of completeness, documentation tracking, and internal distribution
5. Coordinates scheduling effort for all customer related service requests with other appropriate functional areas
6. Provides technical assistance on services provided (i.e. billing, usage, and custom reports/data). Uses Visual Basic / Access / Oracle to retrieve/consolidate/format electronic billing and usage reports.
7. Uses tools to track outgoing billing documents and report to Credit/Collections or other business units on delivery of data which is used for quality control purposes.
8. Track customer related service requests and provide updates
9. Assists with customer web-enabling functions such as profile updates for fishersci.com
10. Understanding of all website functionality and features
11. Update and troubleshoot customer inquiries related to website ordering/shopping/fund tracking, etc?
12. Understanding of all Interface functionality and features such as Punchout and cXML processing
13. Assists web developers during new code rollouts.
14. Strong proficiency with Microsoft applications allows for data comparison and analysis ? Excel/Word/Visual Basic/Access


Required Skills:

2. Proficient verbal and written communication skills desired.

3. Ability to support manager in strategic initiatives, new system analysis, and setting long-term direction.
4. Excellent project/time management skills
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word
6. Understanding of Fisher systems (Mainframe, Oracle, Discoverer)
7. Experience with EasyTrieve, FOCUS, TSO, JCL
8. Communicate and understand user needs/requirements and then create systematic solutions to meet these needs.
