As a Senior Engineer, you will work collaboratively with technical staff, outside consultants and internal business experts to develop solutions to business requirements related to a Service CRM system.This position will be responsible for system design, development, implementation and support.


 


This position will perform a role in the design, develop and implementation for the next generation integrated field service application.  You will work with business experts to understand business needs and translate business requirements into system functionality.


 


Duties & Responsibilities


 


- Designs, develops and implements system improvements within time and budget constraints


- Takes initiative to recommend projects and process improvements


- Identifies, investigates and recommends improvements in application


- Performs analysis and experiments to explore alternatives


- Creates developer specifications based on functional requirements


- Provides direction to less experienced engineers and technicians


- Tests system functionality and integration


- Resolves functional and technical problems identified by user support operations


 


 


 



Qualifications


B.S. degree + 4 years minimum design and project experience.  Experience with Siebel Service or equivalent CRM application.  Experience with Siebel Tools and SQL.  Strong facilitation skills a must.  Experience with Analytics is desirable.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.Siebel 7 certification a plus.
