FE providing direct hardware and OS support to customers in Arkansas. must be able Preventative and remedial maintenance, perform IMAC activities on Fujitsu products-Primergy, Primepower, Eternus, Millenium; Sun servers; Compaq servers; HP servers; broacade. Linux, Solaris, Windows, UNIX, o/s390 O/S Must have good communication skills both verbal and written.



Education:

High School/Technical Diploma

 

Skills and Abilities:

?  Skilled in troubleshooting and diagnosing digital logic malfunctions and fixing problems.

?  Ability to use test/diagnostic equipment such as a PC and digital multi-meters.

?  Ability to develop effective relationships with others and communicate with account personnel as appropriate.

?  Ability to conduct a business meeting.

?  Demonstrates project management skills.

?  Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills.

?  Projects a professional image.

?  Demonstrates strong personal computer (pcs) skills

 

Experience:

5-10 years of experience; must have prior experience providing direct support of Fujitsu, SUN, Compaq, HP servers

 

Additional Specialized Courses:

At least one o/s certification

 

Physical Requirements

Must have own transportation, able to use hand trucks and lifts, lift and carry 60lbs, stand, sit, squat, kneel, bend, walk, twist, crawl, grasp with both hands
