Senior Financial Systems Consultant / Analyst- Investment Systems

Description: Our MIS department seeks a skilled professional to perform system development and analysis. The right MIS professional will have involvement with our investment systems including portfolio management, venture capital, custodial settlement, securities trading, financial accounting, securities pricing and market information vendors. Some interaction with all levels of systems users is involved.

Qualifications:
To qualify, you must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in information processing along with five years of programming, analysis, and design experience. You must have ample recent experience with the MS Windows environment including: MS Office; Visual Studio - Visual Basic, SourceSafe; VB Script; SQL Server, DTS, Stored Procedures, T-SQL; Crystal Reports; Visual Studio .Net; ASP.Net, JavaScript, Internet Information Services; MS Project. Experience interfacing with market information vendors such as Bloomberg and FTID would be a plus. You must be able to self motivate, work independently while subjecting system designs to review and desire to develop quality business software. Other desirable qualifications include any or all of the following:
Knowledge of financial applications; Knowledge of the CAMRA portfolio accounting package; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Business Systems Analysis experience; MS Reporting Services
