Senior Flash Designer

This position is designed to work in partnership with our Creative Director and oversee our other Flash Designers. As the Senior Flash Designer you will be responsible for creating the future of our client company. We are looking for a creative person who can take an idea and run with it. This person needs to be able to work in a team environment and meet deadlines - but at the same time, they also need to be responsible enough to work in a small office setting - sometimes working longer hours than you would at a larger agency.

Minimum 3-5 years of PROFESSIONAL experience is required, preferably experience in another ad agency or creative firm.

Requirements include expert knowledge in all of the following: Macromedia Flash Studio, Photoshop and Director (or other forms of video creation/editing).

The position will include CD development, flash-based commercials, complimentary flash for web site designs, banner ad concept development and more. As the senior level person on the design team, we will be looking for you to help build our design department.

Position is in Clayton, NC.
