We are currently seeking a Senior IT Analyst, Network Services to join our team!

The enterprise has an infrastructure that is comprised of a variety of core systems, platforms and technologies (e.g., telecom, network, server, software, operating systems, etc.). The core infrastructure requires skilled positions to provide, customer service/support, daily operations, planning, analysis, documentation, maintenance, system administration, and design. It is crucial that these core infrastructure technologies and systems be maintained and upgraded in order to ensure that the systems do not fail. These core systems have maintenance contracts that must be renewed annually, or as the systems are upgraded, expanded. Working with and taking direction from the Manager of IT, the employee in this position would be able to support these areas.

The requirements for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

25% - Provides direct customer support and daily operations, planning and analysis on our core infrastructure by completing all moves, additions and changes in accordance with our published service level agreements as well as monitoring and analyzing the environment utilizing available tools.
15% - Maintains formalized documentation (e.g., policies, procedures, diagrams, engineering specifications, etc.) to ensure business continuity and smooth operations as well as preparing professional engagement documentation (e.g., statements of work, project plan cost benefit analysis, recommendations, etc.) with customers of ADQSR IT.
20% - Ensures the proper operation of the ADQSR core infrastructure via highly trained and skilled system administration, preventative maintenance and timely repairs.
20% - Facilitates business improvement by resolving business issues or by proactively mapping business processes to potential technological solutions and presents them in a coherent and concise manner in order to gain support from leadership.
20% - Participates in projects in accordance with best practices methodologies to ensure proper execution whether in a management or individual contributors role and assumes lead responsibility for technology initiatives by providing leadership to junior members of the department by means of mentoring, task delegation and follow up.



Requirements:

The qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
-5 Years of related and progressive experience in IT working on core system(s) and related technology(s).
-Industry specific intermediate level certification (e.g., CCNP, MCSE, etc) or equivalent knowledge a must
-Excellent working knowledge of core infrastructure technology(s).
-Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to meet common objectives through relationship management.
-Excellent administrative skills in order to prepare and maintain consistent and engaging documentation.
-Excellent communications skills with an emphasis on being able to present matters of technology in an easy to understand way for business customers.
-Strong working knowledge of business processes and execution with an emphasis on utilization of best practices methodologies.
-Leadership skills to help facilitate proper execution in accordance with quality assurance measurements and defined timelines.
