The Senior IT Support Analyst has technical support responsibility for the San Francisco and LA offices.? This position will be responsible for providing daily desktop hardware and software support and training to the users in addition to the support and maintenance of the office LAN, WAN, telephony and video-conferencing infrastructure.? This individual will work closely with the IT staff in all Goodwin Procter Offices.? Major?responsibilities include: Deploy and support hardware including servers, PC's, printers, laptops, scanners and PDA's, support desktop software, and provide day-to-day user training and support.? The IT?Support Analyst will support telephone hardware and voicemail systems, and will perform some applications development including intranet and database development.? In?addition, the IT Support Analyst will help deploy new software applications, participate in firm-wide IT initiatives, and will manage office laptop loaner pool.? The Analyst is responsible for audio-visual maintenance, upgrades, and daily setups.????????


Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.? 4 years of desktop applications support experience in a professional services environment.? Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Good Communication skills and ability to work effectively as a team member.? Several years of practical experience in networking, hardware and telephony.? Strong understanding of Windows and MS office applications.? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.? Strong customer service focus and experience.? This position is based in San Francisco but will also support the LA office.? EOE
