Senior Informix Developer
DataSource, Inc. is seeking candidates for the position of Senior Informix Developer for a project based in Austin, TX. DataSource is an IT product and services firm headquartered in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. DataSource specializes in software systems development and has served commercial and government customers since 1994.
The Senior Informix Developer is a key position for the project, which is anticipated to last three years. The project involves the re-architecting and reengineering of an existing business application to a web based system. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills and as well as a proven ability to assume responsibility for completing tasks.
Several years? (3+) experience working with Informix 4GL based systems is required for this position, including Informix database/SQL/ESQLC and Unix. Experience with the Rational Suite of tools, especially Rational ClearCase is desired.
