Senior J2EE BTB Developer

We are searching for a Senior J2EE BTB Developer to work out of our Burlington, VT office.

 

The new resource will be responsible for developing and configuring B2B applications used for exchanging manufacturing data with external/internal customers. This includes designing, testing & implementing the software to enable B2B transfer from data warehouse, SAP & various mfg data sources.  This individual will work with in a dynamic team environment & partner w/other related internal groups and external client teams to integrate these solutions into the overall WW eBusiness solutions. Most development activities will follow RUP (Rational Unified Process).  Requires previous experience with the following:

 

J2EE technologies (Java, JDBC, JMS, XML parsers, beans)

Middleware technologies: web/application servers (ex. WAS), messaging (MQ/JMS)

Database: SQL, DB2, Oracle etc

Frameworks/Standards: RosettaNet, EDI

XML/related technologies (XSLT, XPATH, XML Binding etc)

AIX/Unix

Security: SSL, secure FTP, digital certificates, Signatures, S/MIME

Hands-on experience with WebSphere Partner Gateway (WPG/WBIC), WebSphere MessageBorker (WMB) and Rational Software Architect (RSA).



 

 

Familiarity with the full suite of Rational/Websphere development applications preferred.
