One of our clients, a world-wide leading Fortune 500 Company, has an immediate opening for a Senior MS SQL Server DBA. This is going to be a 3 month long consulting position.

ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED OR RESPONDED TO - "NO" EXCEPTIONS.

You will provide MS SQL Server DBA support. Your responsibilities will include installing & upgrading database software, database creation, application database setup and database monitoring & tuning.

Our client is currently in the process of beginning an upgrade from MS SQL Server 6.5 to 2005. You will assist in that process.

STRONG experience with Analysis Services is required, as is 'some' experience with MS SQL Server 2005.

In addition, any experience deploying SQL Objects is a big plus, but is not required.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills are essential.
