? Directly support client-facing work and be measured against individual sales targets.
? Promote adherence to sales process through integration with the Midwest Sales team and other organizational accelerators.
? Make prospecting calls to get information and set up meetings with prospective clients.
? Analysis and solution development  in response to client RFPs
? Produce presentations and drive proposal preparation.  
? Perform Client and Prospect research, letters and communications for campaigns.
? Event Planning and follow-up as appropriate.
? Distribution / Development of Sales Collateral
? Help find Qualifications and references
? Find and relay/communicate win stories and other successes within Capgemini.

Must Have Skills:

? Brings qualified client list with proven sales history, executive relationships, growth of the relationships
? Experience selling Offshore centric solutions for Tier-1 Indian company (TCS, Wipro, Infosys) or Global Integrator (Accenture, IBM, EDS)
? Enterprise customer sales success track record
? Experience with alternative pricing models and approaches
? Demonstrated team selling capability
? Post-sale account management experience
? Great interpersonal skills with respect to Back Office interaction
? Excellent computer skills in Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft Word
? Outstanding presentation skills
? Excellent written/ verbal communication skills
? Highly organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task
? A minimum of three to five year work experience with a systems integraters, or leading a multination company?s IT organization or IT related sales.
? Experience selling is required.
? Bachelor Degree required, Master?s degree preferred
