Senior Manager IT Systems & Services

Job Summary:


An IT Systems and Services Senior Manager is responsible for leading the IT systems development and IT systems services functions.

Responsibilities to Include:


?Coordinating the technical infrastructure for divisional computing platforms and managing the investigation, design and implementation of cost effective application solutions.
?Supports the overall IT mission ~ seamless delivery of information to all business processes by: providing project management and leadership to multiple simultaneous projects varying in size and complexity; participating in technical projects at both the hardware and software level; maintaining and supporting production business applications; maintaining and supporting production computing platforms.
?Performs other job related duties as assigned by management.

Education:


?Masters Degree with 7+ years of related experience preferred.

Position Requirements:


?Must possess solid interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and respect with business partners, peers and employees.
?SAP Implementation experience will be a strong plus.
?Proven demonstrated knowledge of team and resource management functions including financial budgeting.
?Experience with Project Management tools and processes.
?Demonstrated experience with managing a cross-functional team including directing highly complex and technical tasks.
?Proven ability to effectively plan, analyze and implement business systems.
