Senior Manager - Managed Services

Mattel utilizes a managed services approach to its software application design, development, and support. The company is looking to add to its Managed Services staff a Senior Manager responsible for the applications in one or more of the technologies listed above. This position is responsible for Mattel software designers, developers, and production support staff; contract employees; and the overall technical health of the assigned applications.

The ideal candidate will possess the following

- 5+ years experience managing software development
- 5+ years experience in one or more of the following technologies
- Microsoft .NET
- Powerbuilder
- AS400 RPG
- Metaphase
- Oracle Database
- SQL Server Database
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills with the proven ability to get things done
- Demonstrated project management experience participating in all phases of system development life cycle
- Ability to improve processes and increase efficiencies
- Bachelor's level degree in Computer Science or related field
