Senior .NET Application Developer/Lead
The Senior .Net Application Developer will lead a small team of developers in designing, integrating and implementing enterprise solutions using .NET for our client at the Department of State. The position provides the opportunity to lead a team of highly experienced .Net developers working on cutting edge projects. Application development in VB.Net
Required Experience:
? 6+ yrs with .Net development, design and implementation
? 10 overall years in development/integration
? Extensive application development experience with either C# or VB.Net
? Strong web application development skills
? Oracle and SQL Server database development experience including stored procedures
? Crystal Reports design experience strongly preferred but not required
? US citizenship is required
Education Requirements: BS, Computer Science or related field ideal
Certification Requirements: Microsoft Certified Developer preferred
Additional Notes:
? Candidates should demonstrate in-depth knowledge of component-based software development with either strong VB6, VB.Net or C# skills coupled with Oracle, SQL Server experience.
? Detailed technical understanding of relational database theory, COM, Multi- threaded programming, and. Net (both Windows and Web), and HTML/Javascript.
? Demonstrable experience with one or more of the following: VB6, C#. Additional experience with ASP/ASP. net, HTML, DHTML, XML, Java Script, Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle is desirable
