Senior .NET Developers serve as role models for our technical staff by mentoring the team as well as inspiring them to become mentors and leaders themselves.  They are the Subject Matter Experts and .NET Gurus of our organization, and are responsible for developing requirements, estimating effort and schedule, creating technical specifications from functional (or business) requirement documents, and executing product-centric projects from a technical perspective.  They will lead the delivery of stable, customer-ready applications and integration components for unit and system testing.  They will serve as pre- and post-sales support specialists in our ASP organization, providing support and expertise to junior team members in regard to projects where needed. RequiredB.S. or M.S. in a related field or equivalent experience4+ yrs. experience in OO development and Service Oriented Architecture over several projectsIntermediate or (preferred) advanced skill level in the following technologies required: C#, SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, DTS), ASP.NET, IIS, XML/XSLT/XSD, and UML modelingIntermediate knowledge of software engineering principles, best practices, and project management practices Strong communication skills and the ability to interact and evangelize in a team environment
