AS a Network Operations Control Analyst you will be monitoring and maintaining WAN/LAN and associated network nodes; responding to alerts; isolating and correcting network service fault conditions; coordinating with customer service, communication providers, equipment vendors, system administrators, and network service providers to correct fault conditions; escalating complex failure conditions to network engineering or server administration for resolution; maintaining network management systems, tools, and network documentation; tracking and reporting on network preventative and remedial maintenance activities; and generating statistical and administrative reports on network reliability utilization.

For this position you should have:

- A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent in a telecommincations-related Discipline.
- 1-2 years experience in a network/telecommunications field.
- Network adminstration, strong people skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated project management ability.
- Operating knowledge of the current Cisco and HP equipment and the ability to expand knowledge to other platforms.
-Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamically changing retail environment. Must be able to work with peers, engineers, and customers at all hours to ensure timely problem resolution.
-Must be able to communicate with numerous team members in various countries to ensure project and issues are resolved accurately and according to scope.
-The position requires the employee to rotate shift schedules regularly, including days of the week and night versus day shifts.
-Preferred candidate will be able to converse in multiple languages (French/Spanish/German, etc.) to support foreign customers in a global environment.
