The ideal candidate will have the following skills and/or experience:

 

Network Requirements:4+ years experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange. Maintain Multiple Active Directory Servers/Sites, Exchange, Goodlink, Terminal Services etc.  Maintain User and Group management and policy enforcement within multiple site/OU configurations via Group Policy. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Access, Project and Visio. Manages and Maintains hardware/software/connectivity problems of all network equipment. Help out with Desktop Support and Troubleshooting issues for users. Manage server technologies as assigned by Management.

 

Telecommunication Requirements:3+ years hands-on Telecom experience in a Call Center environment. Perform moves, adds and changes to PBX system components as the business requires while maintaining strong communication and analytical skills, and assisting users with all aspects of call center telecommunications. Experience working with Phone Carriers, T1?s, Cell Phones, Treo?s etc. Manages and Maintains hardware/software/connectivity problems of all telecommunications equipment. Maintains all office data and voice cabling, routing and communication infrastructures. Manages all Telco Vendor relationships.

 

General Requirements:Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to respond to after hours emergencies. Excellent verbal and written skills. Motivated / Self starter, willing to roll their sleeves up and get dirty.

 

Desired:Hands on Experience with AD/DNS site to site replication. Experience with Video Conferencing. Netscreen Site to Site VPN, Microsoft PPTP/L2TP VPN. Experience Planning and designing network additions, expansions, LAN, VPN.
