Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree/equivalent in computer science, MIS or related discipline, preferred
*6+ years professional exempt experience in application programming
*2+ years extensive experience with CICS, preferred
*Experience with the full systems development life cycle
*Strong problem solving and analytical skills
*Ability to estimate and track project/task timelines
*Good verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
*Experience in leading and developing large projects
