Develops and maintains web applications in ASP .NET, classic ASP, HTML, Javascript. Develops and maintains client applications in C# .NET, and uses SQL to query and manipulate Oracle and SQL Server databases. Synthesizes user requirements and expresses complex technical information in user-friendly terminology. Generates appropriate technical and user documentation. Coordinates with and provides technical guidance to other development team members in cooperative projects. Utilizes customer service skills to support developed applications, and establishes good working relationships with co-workers, the public, outside agencies, and vendors. 3+ years of programming, including at least two years using .NET technologies, and graduation from a two-year college or technical school in programming or equivalent preferred.
