Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor?s or Associate's degree. Candidates must be a good communicator, listener, a good coordinator and motivator with solid people management, team building, and interpersonal skills.  Must also be a good negotiator who understands and can follow defined processes with a high degree of self-motivation, commitment, integrity, and flexible yet disciplined in providing results.  Candidates must have solid understanding of financial principles and strong knowledge of information technologies and methodologies.  This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years in applications or infrastructure development, and demonstrated project leadership experience.

 

This position requires candidates to manage multiple small, medium and large e-commerce and website development projects while keeping track of the day to day development efforts of small teams.



Hands on working knowledge of web development technology is essential (Visual Studio .NET, C#, HTML, JavaScript, Photoshop, ASP, ADO, as you  will also be asked to provide or facilitate technical solutions towards the resolution of design and development issues.
