Qualifications

Expert problem-solver. Sorts through complex issues and conducts comparative analysis of multiple solutions.

Understands client needs, identifies root causes of problems, and develops and implements creative and pragmatic solutions.

Qualified candidate must possess a minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrable .NET and related development experience to include analysis, design, development and debugging skills leveraging the Microsoft technology stack (including the Windows Server Platform; specifically SharePoint Portal Server, Biztalk, LCS, SQL Server, and the experience to leverage Office components such as Infopath).

Advanced object-oriented programming (OOP) experience.

Solid track record in developing web based solutions for enterprise clients; creating web services and web-parts, knowledgeable of the ASP structure of SharePoint and experienced in customizing SharePoint based portal solutions.

Software architecture leadership experience, including designing complex, multi-component software systems.

Must possess thorough knowledge of .NET Framework, XML/HTML, ASP.NET and C++/C# and a strong understanding of OO principals and Design Patterns. Design related work to include use cases and requirements gathering and the ability to drive Conceptual, Logical and Physical design.

Experience establishing an enterprise framework for all phases of software development: requirements, design, development, testing, and delivery.

Experience gathering software requirements by interviewing users, conducting focus groups, creating requirements documents, and developing prototypes.

Promotes team spirit and works collaboratively to achieve team goals.

Prior team-lead experience in an IT environment, a self-starter, with excellent client management skills, verbal and written communication and planning skills with ability to deal with difficult customer issue resolution. Demonstrates strong organizational agility.
