Job Summary:

Senior Siebel Solutions Lead for a global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation of Siebel 7.5 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

?Facilitate global business process definition and documentation with business area key users and provide Siebel application based technical solutions for a single global instance.

?Design and implement custom configuration for the Siebel application using languages which included Siebel eScript, Java Script  and Visual Basic.

?Build business process documentation for the back-end system (JD Edwards application) and ensure end-to-end process solution.

?Design and oversee implementation of interfaces between Siebel, JD Edwards, Service Partners, and interim legacy systems leveraging webMethods technology.

?Work as an Enterprise Architect for solutions in legacy and interim Services applications and portals.

?Work with IT Architecture to design the development, testing, and  production database infrastructure (Oracle Database operating on Sun Solaris and AIX based servers)

?Design and implement  Web user interfaces to allow customers secure access to Siebel via the internet.

?Work with Quality Assurance teams through the testing process, assisting in defect analysis and resolution.

 

Requirements:

Candidate should have demonstrated working knowledge of the Siebel product line and the associated Sales Force Automation, Call Center Services and eService business objects. Siebel 7 Certification required.
