Required Skills:


? Manage world wide Windows 2003 Forest containing multiple domains
? Manage MS Exchange 2003 server with Veritas Vault connected to NetApp filers
? Manage VM Ware ESX servers
? Implement and maintain systems backup procedures, policies and practices to ensure that business SLAs are met for production systems and data
? Maintain Active Directory infrastructure including Group Policies, Domain Controllers and core network services such as DNS
? Monitor all servers for hardware and application performance issues for optimization, troubleshooting and growth
? Research new solutions to solve business problems as directed
? Other duties as assigned


 

Experience Required:

 6+ years windows server (2000/2003) and desktop (XP/2000) administration with a strong knowledge of Windows core services (Exchange, IIS, DHCP, DNS, WINS, AD, etc) Experience managing VMWare ESX Server Experience managing MS Exchange 2003 Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team communications skills are essential; must be able to clearly document processes, policies, and procedures in a timely basis. Skilled in backup and disaster recovery strategies Experience managing MS SQL Server 2000 a plus Experience with Citrix a plus Experience with NetApp filers a plus SAN and iSCSI experience a plusLinux/UNIX experiance a plus
