Senior System Analyst
Job Purpose:
Implements computer system requirements by studying projects and requirements; confirming and testing solutions; coordinating analysis and programming activities.
Duties:
* Determines application project feasibility by evaluating project objectives, limitations, options, costs, and benefits; conferring with client; comparing project plans with short- and long-term information systems objectives.
* Confirms application problem identification by evaluating project analysis.
* Ensures agreement on solution by conferring with clients; explaining implications and requirements.
* Completes solution by coordinating work progress; resolving problems; confirming tests and documentation.
* Maintains compliance with standards by reviewing solution.
* Provides project summary by recording and summarizing project events.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
