Senior Systems Analyst (120918-598)

Description • Software Application Administrator to customize process for user interfaces for client as needed.
? Utilize strong technical design and problem solving skills in order to maintain product demonstration and workflows per customer requirements.
? Experience as a SQL DBA.
? Provide feedback & comments to Project Management and Client regarding customer requests.
? Customize presentations on product functionality, architecture and customization/implementation.
? Support internal departments by building and maintaining multiple application workflows.
? Share application and technical architecture information and best practices with other company colleagues.
? Support both Client and Management by maintaining accurate technical information in Configuration Mgmt and/or Process Mgmt tools.
? Work with the management team to develop and deliver proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs and other inquiries.
? Capable of maintaining integrity of process with company ISO requirements.
? Provide support for local installs. This includes Hardware and Software support for servers and laptops.

 Required Skills

? Willing to be flexible and adapt to customer needs.
? Strong skills in MS Access and Visio.
? Ability to write and edit SQL Queries, or other scripting languages, to provide routine statistical query responses.
? Experience with deploying and integrating enterprise-class applications with internal and external customers as well as other company colleagues.
? Experience in remote administration, configuration and in working with remote employees.
? Demonstrate experience designing and maintaining enterprise applications.
? Strong documentation, training, speaking and presentation skills.
? Highly self-motivated, independent and professional.
? Familiarity with Admin functions for multiple servers and platforms. This includes backup strategies, upgrades, maintenance, and hardware knowledge.
? In depth knowledge of Windows platforms, Web Applications, Application Servers and networking fundamentals.
? Solid knowledge of functionality and architecture of e-learning applications, such as learning and performance management or content development, is a plus.
? A minimum 5 years experience in configuration management (Serena TeamTrack, Rational Suite, Allfusion Harvest, etc.), QA & Process Management tools is a distinct plus.

 Required Experience

? Four-year college degree (IS, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
? Knowledge of CMMI or CMM a plus
