Senior Systems Analyst

SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST - You will serve as a key team member on the Infrastructure Architecture Team which plans, designs, configures, documents and provides the highest level of support for all computing infrastructure in a WAN connected, multi-site environment.  Scope of responsibilities will include planning, design, project management, configuration, and documentation for new systems initiatives.  Responsibilities include escalation support and advanced troubleshooting for existing production services; and cross training and back up of other analysts. 

Requirements:Fundamental understanding of networking in a multi-homed Microsoft Windows environment, including Active Directory, client/server, database and web technologies with the ability to troubleshoot and administer existing systems and to architect new infrastructure elements, and a fundamental understanding of the OSI model as it relates to systems architecture design.Strong project management and time management skills, effective oral and written communication skills including the ability to convey technical information to non-systems personnel.  Requires proven ability to work on and lead cross-functional teams and the ability to plan, do and check own work.  Minimum of 7 years of related experience, including 5 years of increasing responsibility in the core technical area, or equivalent. 

Preferred Skills:Fundamental understanding of server hardware components and Microsoft Server operating systems and knowledge of the design & maintenance of data backup systems including SAN and NAS is strongly preferredBachelor's degree in engineering or computer science is beneficialAbility to troubleshoot problems at the TCP/IP packet level and proficiency in scripting language is preferred.MCSE or equivalent certification is beneficial.
