The Technology Support Group in FISC supports various security applications across the firm.  The teams are based in the US, Ireland and India following-the-sun for support during business hours with a rotating schedule on weekends between 12 individuals.  This job is located in Merrimack, NH.

 

The Senior Analyst is a member of the global support team and will:  Perform operational support for various security products including providing technical expertise; incident management; and on-call support. Promotes collaboration working with our customers and system partners for application enhancements and business opportunities. Develops reports, analyzes trends and communicates to customers and senior management information on application, systems and infrastructure functionality. Develops technical solutions to support delivery of service requests and application optimization. Manage changes by coordinating systems installations, upgrades, patching, configurations and infrastructure changes.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to:Advise and mentors peers. Manage own time and work with minimal supervision. Write clear, concise, accurate reports and documents. Communicates with peers and management. Manage and lead projects. Four or more years of hands-on systems experience.





Strong expertise in one or more operating systems Microsoft XP, W2K and W2003, Linux, Unix and/or Netware.
 

Working knowledge or familiarity with two or more of the following: Web server platforms (Apache, IIS, Tomcat, etc.) Authentication mechanisms (Windows Integrated Login, Certificates, Tokens, etc. Secure Internet applications (SSL, Encryption) Application Server platforms (WebLogic, WebSphere, etc.) Database technologies (Oracle, MS SQL, MYSQL) Industry Standards Knowledge (SAML, Liberty Alliance) Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) including technology, standards, and implementations Networking infrastructure including wireless solutions and protocols.

Programming knowledge in current languages a plus.

 

Knowledge of enterprise security products (Anti-Virus, Identity Management, Compliance) is desired

 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.

CISSP certification to be obtained within 12 months.
