We are currently seeking a Full-Time Senior TSM Administrator to work in our Nashville Tennessee office with our Technology Services/Server Administration Division.

 

You will function as a Senior TSM Administrator and provide TSM administration Support.  The goal of the area is to maintain and maximize the efficiency of a multi platform backup infrastructure solution while providing optimal availability and performance.  Responsibilities include maintenance of TSM client/server software, TSM planning regarding housekeeping and policy determination.  Additionally responsible for proactive monitoring of TSM infrastructure, resolving response time or capacity deficiencies over multiple processing centers.  In this Specialist role, you should enjoy all aspects of Storage Technology.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

?  Must be well versed in TSM technology in a multi platform client environment (Solaris/AIX/Intel), from a design, implementation, management, and best practices perspective. 

?  Must have working knowledge of AIX device configuration options and LVM.

?  Experience with EMC Array Architecture (DMX/Clarion) and software products ? ECC Open Edition, SRDF, Timefinder, StorageScope, Powerpath are a definite plus.

?  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills needed; Leadership/supervisory skills a strong plus.

?  College degree required
