Job Summary

We need a talented, dedicated and hard working Senior Technical Support who will:

 

- Act as a liaison between the Finance team, sales and corporate IT.

- Gather information regarding new software installs upgrades and server configurations.

- Understand general infrastructure terminology.

- Troubleshooting with VPN, Active Directory, etc.

- Coordinate, facilitate and provide updates on IT projects as well as meetings

- Track project status and prepare weekly reports

- Manage the implementation, integration and on-going operations of departments

- Computing for office and remote users

- Oversees system training, testing and production requirements

- Define business requirements, trends and gaps as well as process improvements

 

 

Qualifications

- Good troubleshooting and organizational skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with all levels of Finance department people

- Customer service orientation

- Strong knowledge of AS400

- Experience dealing with Finance and sales people

- Microsoft Windows technical support experience

- Very good analytical and documentation skills

- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel

- Attention to detail

- Exposure to VPN or Active Directory or SMS or Citrix a big plus
