Senior Technical Team Lead required for exciting opportunity!

We are expanding the Keane Architecture Services Development team with experience, high caliber Technical Team Leads who are skilled leadership and communication as well as J2EE technologies.

Successful candidates will fulfill a variety of roles within the strategic technical consulting process such as providing technical support in sales meetings, mentoring junior consultants, creating detailed technical documentation, managing team activities to requirements, and transferring knowledge to client support staff following deployment.

Responsibilities:
?X Design component level solutions from system requirements
?X Develop software solutions both from "scratch" and within existing architectures
?X Communicate persuasively (verbal and written) with clients and team members to provide quality software solutions
?X Document both potential and provided solutions
?X Review and test software components for quality and performance
?X Assist sales and project managers with development effort estimates
?X Work with architects and clients for development, testing and deployment strategies
?X Travel to client locations is required as needed

Qualifications:
?X 7+ years experience developing n-tier applications
?X 2-3 years with portal technologies on the Microsoft and J2EE platforms (experience with CMS tools also a plus)
?X 2-3 years leveraging Domino integrating with MS and/or J2EE platforms
?X 3-5 years with J2EE and Microsoft COM and .Net
?X Experience with one or more development methodologies (RUP, Waterfall, XP, etc.)
?X Proven high-caliber competency with J2EE
?X Knowledgeable in UML and Design Patterns
?X Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
?X Hands-on experience with multiple of the following technologies/products: Weblogic Server, Weblogic Portal, Liquid Data, JBoss, Websphere, JDBC, Oracle, Eclipse, Together, Web Services, JAAS, JAXP, EJB, Struts, Tomcat, OOD/OOP, Hibernate, JUnit, XML, XSLT
?X Minimum 2 years interacting with clients as a consultant
?X Minimum 2 years leading development teams (on multiple projects)
?X Experience in .NET preferred
