Position Title:

Senior Training Specialist/Documentation Specialist

Requirements:

At least 5 years direct previous practical work experience as Training Specialist in corporate environment;

Education Requirement: Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Documentation Specialist Skill Requirements: ? Editing and proofreading skills ? Detail oriented ? Excellent interpersonal skills ? Excellent organization skills ? Coordination abilities ? Development and implementation experience ? Forward thinking ? Develop documentation for proprietary systems and applications ? Create reference manuals, user guides, training materials and performance aids ? Work with client to assess needs ? Coordinate projects with client ? Develop courseware documentation of Microsoft Applications ? Work with team members on special projects per request of manager ? Office XP Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Windows 2000/XP training and documentation experience is a must. Notes 6 years experience required.

Knowledge: ? Outstanding communication skills ? Effective communication and interpersonal skills ? Professional manner/ requires excellent customer service skills ? Flexibility ? Must have previous corporate teaching/training experience ? Advanced computer skills. Responsible for maintaining course Subject Matter Expertise and ongoing Instructor Certification as required ? Job Description:

Senior Training Specialist is responsible for end-user training of software applications in the corporate environment- 50% Documentation Specialist. Responsible for leading documentation projects, editing and proofreading documentation, developing manuals, classroom exercise, guides, and PowerPoint presentations for overviews. Responsible for most aspects of development and instructional design of course materials used for proprietary applications we train for our clients. Provides a point of contact for our team, subject matter experts and our client during the development and delivery of the training materials. Interacts with all areas affected by the documentation project. Must complete documentation tasks according to our documented processes. Works with our Technology Manager in preparing documentation for printing
