COMSYS IT Services, Inc. seeks a seasoned Web Developer for a contract position based in Richmond, VA.

Our client seeks an MS C# and .Net Web Developer to build business data editing tools for a project migrating GIS Centerlines & mainframe business data to Oracle and connecting this data to map locations.

Complete Description:

Strong developer to build business data editing tools for a project migrating GIS Centerlines and mainframe inventory data to ESRI ArcGIS Server and Oracle platform.

Duties include building web services for editing, mapping, and reporting using C# from Oracle and ArcSDE databases.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for building web services for editing, mapping, and reporting using C# from Oracle and ArcSDE databases.

.NET Development, .Net Framework Required 3 Years
Microsoft IIS Required 3 Years
ASP.NET Required 3 Years
C# Required 3 Years
Experience building web services Required 2 Years
XML Required 2 Years
Experience writing complex JavaScript Required 2 Years
Web design: Ability to translate user requirements into working applications with logical grouping of business components/pages that follow a set of intuitive navigation path. Required 3 years
Graphics and design skills in web development environment Required 3 years
Familiar with laws and regulation relating to web accessibility as specified by the "Section 508" Required 1 year
Knowledge of Oracle (9i) Required 2 Years
Familiarity with Web server administration Required 2 Years
