Senior Web Systems Engineer

OTC is currently seeking a Sr. Web Systems Engineer responsible for providing lead support to the systems housing our E-Commerce environment and other platforms as needed. This individual will be responsible for supporting the web systems platform and assisting in the design and implementation of automated systems.  Additionally, this individual will be responsible for providing management with system performance, monitoring reports, and system enhancement recommendations.

Successful candidates must have a Bachelor?s Degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience, minimum five years Sun Solaris system administration experience, and a thorough knowledge of Sun servers, storage systems, and related hardware. In depth knowledge of web servers, Oracle database servers, and BEA Weblogic application servers is desirable. Finally, strong analytical, problem resolution, and communication skills are a must.
