Senior eRestaurant Systems Manager

Join a large and stable restaurant organization as a Senior Manager of eRestaurant Systems.  Under minimal supervision, the role requires interaction with the operational and business community to define solutions, elaborate requirements, and implement changes to support the evolving needs of the business users. The candidate will partner with business users, internal IT resources, and 3rd parties to solve significant technology-related business problems. This position will also be responsible for supporting the day-to-day technology needs of the customer base in an escalation type role. This individual will not have to reside in California, as travel will be involved.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

? Own, document and continually refine the process for resolution of support issues from initiation through escalation and resolution.

? Leads new software release activities and provides operational support, as well as project management and technical leadership.

? Develop and execute test plans.

? Support User Acceptance Testing.

? Coordinate activities and manage relationship with third party provider.

? Work with Operations to develop labor and inventory business systems that compliment operational requirements.

? Work with training team to develop materials and operational tools.

 

Required Skills:

 

? Knowledge of eRestaurant application or other similar food cost and labor scheduling program used in the Hospitality Industry.

? Knowledge of Radiant or other POS software.

? 5 years experience managing applications in a complex environment.

? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects using internal or external resources.

? Demonstrated understanding of technical infrastructure required to support a restaurant environment.
