Salary: From 20.00 to 25.00 USD per hour

This is a Desktop and Internal Customer support position. You will be supporting all PC's and laptops in performing Account Configurations, Backups, Re-imaging, Installs, Upgrades, and troubleshooting all hardware and software issues for all users. Candidate must be a self-motivated, customer-focused individual, needed for on-site evaluation of laptop and server products with key customer. Perform failure analysis on units from production, engineering and/or field utilizing test software and diagnostic tools. Maintain spreadsheets of failed products and enter details into customer database. Transact material between departments and package any material requiring shipment. Work as part of a team to identify and address failure trends.

Required Skills:
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of Windows OS preferred.

Knowledge of PC Doctor a plus.
