Service Manager - ETPS

As the Service Manager this position is responsible for the product management for multiple enterprise utility products including Lotus Notes, E-Statements and Alerts. Manager works closely with business units in all markets. Responsibilities include: providing subject matter expertise for assigned utilities, promoting leverage and reuse of the utilities across the enterprise, and ensuring utilities support corporate and business unit objectives. Also gathers and analyzes measures of success, prioritizes projects. Facilitates projects and ensures customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of banking or 9 years of analytical or project experience

5 years? banking experience

3 years? product management or lead technical project management experience

2 years? experience with Lotus Notes, Alerts, eStatements, eForms and ERM's

2 years? experience working autonomously to create and manage small/medium scale project teams

2 years? experience effectively interpreting vendor contractual language, which includes proven vendor management skills including problem solving and contract negotiations
