Service Offerings Development Lead - Rational

As a member of the IBM Software Services - Rational (ISSR) Infrastructure team, this position will drive the harvesting, packaging, & reuse of intellectual capital (IC) assets in support of product sales, customer success, & customer results. This position will lead & manage the effort to design, develop, release & maintain Rational Modular Service Offerings for Rational products & solutions. This position will work closely with Communities of Practice groups & field technical resources. Analytical & problem-solving skills, knowledge of a complex software development environment, ability to work independently & in a team environment, creativity, flexibility, strong communications and organizational skills, & project management skills are essential. For this position, the applicant's home office can be located in any state.

Major Field of Study: Computer Science or related field, Knowledge of complex software development environment, Rational Product Technical Skills, Project Management Skills, Ability to work independently and in a team environment, Excellent verbal and written skills, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Knowledge of wide-scale Rational tool or solution deployment.
