The Consulting workforce is made up of three groups: Business Consulting, Business and Systems Integration Consulting and Technology Consulting.  This consulting group structure provides outstanding opportunities to develop highly specialized skills that will help you advance your career.

 

Job Description
Business and Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance.  Within Financial Services Offerings, Producer Management professionals have skills in New Business, Underwriting, Policy Administration and Claims domains and are positioned to help insurers improve the effectiveness of their claims operations, for a direct impact on profitability and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have at least three years Consulting experience in support of a Property and Casualty Insurance Provider delivering Technology Solutions, Service Oriented Architecture and Solution Architecture Planning and Transformational value to their clients. Experience in Personal and Commercial lines of Insurance is expected. Focused experience in Policy Administration, Claims and Call Centers preferred.  Consulting experience preferred.

 

Key responsibilities may include:Developing application design, Solution Architecture components and Service Oriented Architecture solutions Supervising process and functional design activities for transformational programs Creating functional requirements as an input to application design, policy administration, underwriting and claims Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes Supervising application build, test and deploy activities Planning and executing data conversion activities Driving test planning and execution Ability to travel up to 100%

 

QualificationsProven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment Three years of Solutions Architecture/Service Oriented Architecture experienceThree years of Commercial and Personal Property and Casualty Insurance business experience Three years of Solutions Architecture Planning, Producer Management, New Business,Policy Administration, Distribution/Incentive Compensation or Claims experience Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment Bachelors Degree requiredExcellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
