Services Offering Manager

Individuals may live in any City, USA. We currently have opportunities available for Service Offering Manager. Individual will drive the requirements gathering and service offering definition for new middleware services products. Get feedback from field team, analysts & customer pilots. Identify customer pains points &differenting client value vs. competition. Develop requirements for services assets & methods, pricing, skills requirements, target geographic or customer segment for deployment. Monitor service offering results for feedback on enhancements & opportunities for increasing share. Offering Manager needed on each of: 1.Infrastructure Optimization (Perf. Test, Capacity Planning services), 2.Web Appl. Infrastructure (App Servers, Java/.Net IT dev'l, WebSphere, WebLogic), 3.SOA and Integration (EAI, ESB, B2B, BPM), 4. Info Mgmt (Database,data warehouse & info integration), 5.) IT Lifecycle Mgmt (systems mgmt, ITSM), 6.) IT Dashboards (system mgmt, monitoring). A background in IT Middleware product or services development is preferred. Skills needed: Product or service offering development management, Technology specific skills on offering areas, Product marketing, Project management.
