This position is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, technologist that possesses expert .NET and SharePoint skills looking for that next technical challenge. The world of .NET and SharePoint technologies present numerous exciting opportunities. The candidate must have at least 2 years in direct exposure to Share Point Technologies in administration and development. The candidate must be motivated to advance their technical skills to meet the challenges presented by these development platforms.

Developer - In addition to possessing a solid technical foundation this person must be able to participate in solution conversations with clients and internal staff, and then assist in project development. The ideal candidate for this position will posses a solid foundation in SharePoint technologies ranging from planning and architecting portal based solutions to development of web parts. Project related duties may include client interaction to define technical requirements, architecting and developing solutions, solution testing, and on-going application support.

Versatile Team Player - Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate to customers and management; solid presentation skills; high degree of motivation, self-direction, commitment and integrity; ability to multi-task; strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must have strong team orientation.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, SharePoint development utilizing Microsoft developer tools.

Position Requirements:

* Expert knowledge of the MS SharePoint system and associated SharePoint services and SharePoint portal and web part development
* Knowledge of MS Active Directory - ADSI / LDAP
* Expert knowledge of systems architecture, Q/A, and Systems Documentation
* 2+ years must be in direct exposure to Share Point Technologies in administration and development.
* 2+ years experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET and ADO.NET
* Experience with HTML, CSS, and other web standards
* Experience using and deploying SOAP services: WSDL, XML and XSLT
* Experience with object-oriented design and development
* Knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures
* MS IIS and SQL Database Integration
* Bachelors degree preferred
* Microsoft Developer Certification a plus
* Experience with solution planning
* Familiarity with database design and development
* Excellent organization and customer service skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Team Focused
* Must meet all requirements for consideration

Additional technical proficiency that will be seen as a plus:

* Visual Basic Studio and/or C#, C++
* Exposure to Team Visual 2005 a bonus
* Experience in MS Office Programming
* Perl, Java script
* DHTML, XML, SOAP, ADO, JAVA
* AJAX
