The Senior Siebel Analytics Business Analyst (SBA) is responsible for leading a Functional team and takes ownership over the functional deliverables (e.g. Business Analysis, Functional Requirements and Analytics Design documents). The SBA is responsible for a variety of duties that call upon sound reasoning and analytical skills. The primary role of the SBA is to translate the wants and needs of system end-users into information that is meaningful and relevant to the DSS or Business Intelligence tool configuration team. Depending on the project stage, the SBA is accountable to a number of project team members including the Project Manager, Operations Research Consultant, Analytics Architect, QA and Validation Manager and Training Project Manager. Depending on project size, the SBA may coordinate the activities of one or more Business Analysts.
