Siebel Developer

Job description:Position is responsible for analysis, design, development and implementation of interfaces between Siebel and other systems and data sources. This person will also be responsible for working with other Siebel Program teams and individual project teams to develop an integrated data model that supports the overall business requirements. This person will also participate in the Siebel Application Administration effort.

Primary Responsibilities:
1) Design and execution of interfaces between Siebel and other applications and data sources.
2) Perform requirements gathering and analysis, including GAP analysis and identification of Siebel Business Objects, Components, Applets and screens.
3) Working with other teams to understand and implement project requirements.
4) Work with customers of legacy systems to clarify reported defects, implement workarounds to meet business needs, and work with Project Managers to develop appropriate timelines for defect fixes.
5) Provide application administration support for the Siebel integrated environment and global data.

Required Technical Skills:
1) Developer-Siebel with 5+ years experience. Siebel Certified Consultant
2) Siebel EIM / EAI skills, including eScripting with 5+ years experience.
3) Strong Oracle / SQL / Database skills - demonstrated experience with ETL solutions using structured tools with 5+ years experience.
4) Proven problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to present and implement creative solutions with 5+ year(s) experience. Solution Architect for Siebel CRM system
5) Experience working with Siebel Software package with 5+ years experience.

Preferred Technical Skills:
1) CRM and e-Commerce system development background with 2+ years experience.
2) Development and implementation of Web Services with 2+ years experience.
3) Experience with SAP interface development with 2+ years experience.
