Siebel Developer and Configuration Analyst

SIEBEL DEVELOPER
Assignment
Position is responsible for analysis, design, development and implementation of interfaces between Siebel and other client systems

and data sources. This person will also be responsible for working with other Siebel Program teams and individual project teams to

develop an integrated data model that supports the overall client business requirements. This person will also participate in the Siebel

Application Administration effort.
 
Primary Responsibilities
1) Design and execution of interfaces between Siebel and other client Applications and data sources.
2) Perform requirements gathering and analysis, including GAP analysis and identification of Siebel Business Objects, Components,

Applets and screens.
3) Working with other teams to understand and implement project requirements.
4) Work with customers of legacy systems to clarify reported defects, implement workarounds to meet business needs, and work

with Project Managers to develop appropriate timelines for defect fixes.
5) Provide application administration support for the Siebel integrated environment and global data.

3) Strong Oracle / SQL / Database skills - demonstrated experience with ETL solutions using structured tools. - Expert with 5 year(s)

experience.
4) Proven problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to present and implement creative solutions. - Expert with 5 year(s) experience.
Solution Architect for Siebel CRM system

SIEBEL CONFIGURATION ANALYST
Assignment
Implement new Siebel functionality in support of client's Sales and Marketing division.
 
Primary Responsibilities
1) Individual would be responsible for Business Analysis and Configuration of Siebel System to meet customer needs.
2) Perform requirements gathering and analysis, including GAP analysis and identification of Siebel Business Objects, Components,

Applets and screens.
3) Quickly configure and modify prototypes for purposes of gathering and/or refining requirements.
4) Configure complete solution and support testing and training organizations with functionality.
 
Required General Skills
1) Strong problem solving skills with the ability to work in a team environment and independently.
2) Ability to provide input into design alternatives. Plus ability to provide guidance to team in response to production issues.
3) Strong, recent experience developing applications.
