Siebel Infrastructure Engineer
Comsys, a leading IT consulting services organization, currently has an immediately available full-time permanent opportunity for a Siebel Infrastructure Engineer.
Technical Skills:
-Broad, overall systems knowledge of enterprise client server and web based applications.
-Must have the ability to analyze and troubleshoot all levels of a system.
-Experience identifying performance bottlenecks at the application and system resource level
-Proficiency with EAI (middleware) technologies
-Experience with the following technologies: UNIX, AIX, Windows, Oracle, SQL, DB2, Java, Korn Shell Scripts, J2EE, CORBA
-Experience with the following applications:
Siebel 7.5 & 6.3 & 7.8 (eComm, eCust, Product Model/Catalog, Order Mgmt., eConfigurator)
Soft Skills:
-Proficient verbal and written communication skills
-Proactive - able to learn wireless communications business flows quickly, able to discover/self-teach
-Broad performance tuning experience beneficial.
-Ability to manage multiple issues/investigation at one time
-Good deductive reasoning skills required.
