Siebel Production Support

Assignment
Support Siebel Systems software for client's Sales and Marketing Division.
 
Primary Responsibilities
1) Individual would be responsible for supporting a field sales application. Responsible for Second Tier Support response to customer calls.
2) Work with technical staff to set level of effort estimates, on all production defects, and create a release schedule.
 
Required General Skills
1) Strong problem solving skills with the ability to work in a team environment and independently.
2) Ability to provide input into design alternatives. Plus ability to provide guidance to team in response to production issues.
3) Strong, recent experience developing applications.
4) Ability to complete projects on a timely basis with a minimum of supervision.
5) Ability to work in a fast-paced, frequently changing, team environment.

3) Siebel Configuration Analyst - Intermediate with 1 year(s) experience.

1) Developer-Web Content - Intermediate with 1 year(s) experience.
