Ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a Siebel ePharma environment (Call Center, SFA, etc.) and will have successfully managed multiple, full lifecycle, Siebel Epharma implementations. In depth working knowledge of gathering client requirements, determining resource requirements, and maintaining project documentation for full lifecycle projects in a Siebel ePharma environment are crucial. Hands on experience managing resource teams consisting of configuration specialists, data specialists, and business analysts are critical. Siebel ePharma upgrade experience from 6x to 7x is desired and excellent communication and client facing skills are essential. Ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen having successfully demonstrated an ability to articulate the business purpose of the project.
