Siebel Pharma Project Manager
Siebel OLTP and OLAP preferred. Ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a Siebel Pharma environment (Call Center, SFA, etc.) and will have successfully managed multiple, full lifecycle, Siebel pharma implementations. In depth working knowledge of gathering client requirements, determining resource requirements, and maintaining project documentation for full lifecycle projects in a Siebel Pharma environment are crucial. Hands on experience managing resource teams consisting of configuration specialists, data specialists, and business analysts are critical. Siebel Pharma upgrade experience from 6x to 7x is desired and excellent communication and client facing skills are essential. Ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen having successfully demonstrated an ability to articulate the business purpose of the project.

Siebel Tech Lead
Manages and coordinates the technical aspects of a Siebel system implementation. Acts as a manager of the Configuration team. Acts as a mentor to other UI and Data Architects.Three to five years Siebel configuration experience (some Siebel Pharma obligatory); At least two full life cycle Siebel implementations demonstrating robustness of design and quality of deliverables;Two or more years of exposure to Life Sciences industry preferred; and Two or more years experience in the use and management of pharmaceutical industry data (IMS/NDC).


Siebel Pharma Business Analyst
Ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a Siebel ePharma environment and will have functioned in the capacity of a Siebel Business Analyst on multiple full life cycle projects. Extensive working knowledge of analyzing existing processes, process reengineering, requirement mapping, gap analysis, evaluating design, testing, and training, and validating Siebel ePharma applications are a must. Siebel Business Analyst Certification is required. Siebel Call Center experience is extremely helpful.

Siebel Front End Config
At least 3 years experience in Siebel implementation, with at least one full cycle implementation on Siebel version 7.x and Siebel Life Sciences or Siebel pharma.
Extensive knowledge in Siebel Tools Configuration and eScripting (or other 4GL programming languages)
Experience in WorkFlow Manager, Business Service, and Assignment Manager.
Comfortable with Server administrative tasks
Siebel Upgrade experience
Experience of supporting Siebel production environment and good at trouble shooting issues.
Proficient in EIM/Data conversation in SQL server /Transactional - SQL (preferred) or Oracle PL/SQL
Experience of developing and deploying the Siebel Hand Held solution highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills required.
Siebel 7 Certified preferred

Siebel Data Architect
Ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a Siebel Pharma environment with multiple full life cycle implementations. Candidate should have a strong working knowledge of Siebel Conversion and Interface Requirements, Conversion and Interface Design, EIM Design documents, data modeling (creating conceptual data models), and data mapping. Strong background in PL/SQL, EIM, EAI, and VB are essential and familiarity with configuration options is helpful. Third Party syndicated data experience (IMS, NDC) is ideal. Siebel Upgrade experience is preferred.

Siebel Administrator - North Jersey (50-60/hr)
Responsible for administration and production control for client Siebel production environments. Acts as a senior liaison for company's Managed Services group and clients Production Maintenance Team.

Siebel Admin tasks (workflow, adding/deleting users, territory modules, EIM, etc)
2-5yrs of hands on siebel experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you will be interacting with clients
Pharmaceutical industry background a Plus
