Job Summary

Responsible for managing client Siebel training projects.

Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Function)

? Manage all phases of client training projects. Including, but not limited to planning, development, pre-training, pilot, rollout and post training initiatives;
? Manage and develop change management project plans including plan elements when applicable;
? Determine, with the client, the best methods for training delivery;
? Develop and edit all end-user documentation or manage contracted resource to do such. Documentation and curriculum materials include, but are not limited to, reference manuals, training scripts, course agendas, course exercises, train-the-trainer programs, and training databases;
? Learn client software and business processes for each new training engagement;
? Facilitate both client and internal meetings;
? Interface with Implementation team;
? Participate in JAD Sessions:
o Document training scenarios and business processes;
o Design and lead prototype demonstration; and
o Assist BA in capturing functional requirements.
? Participate in Implementation committees including core, training, pilot and transition teams as appropriate;
? Assist with data mapping/gap analyses;
? Conduct post training feedback and evaluation meetings and prepare summary reports;
? May assist in preparing client billings and the monitoring of training project budget;
? Develops contracts for vendor resources;
? May deliver client training or manage contracted resource to do such;
? Manage training logistics and support. Logistics include, but are not limited to, setting-up conference calls, coordinating meetings, conducting post training satisfaction surveys and the coordinating required materials;
? Manage project scope and client expectations;
? Manage components of the training methodology and training product offering; and
? Assist in post-rollout training opportunity sales efforts.

Education
? Bachelors Degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, related discipline, or equivalent experience;
? Siebel 2001 Business Analyst Certification preferred; and
? Project Management coursework.

Experience
? Three to five years consulting experience;
? Three to five years project management experience in training;
? One to three years experience with the pharmaceutical industry;
? CRM, SFA and/or Siebel training experience;
? Instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery;
? Successful management of a least 1 Siebel training project with above average customer satisfaction scores; and
? Manage a training project as part of a C3i end-to-end implementation.
