Required:5+ years application training experience Must have demonstrated expertise in educating customers Strong organizational and communication skills. Willing to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities:Facilitate the delivery of software application training to customers, end-users and colleagues. Deliver course materials through various mediums, including Onsite Training, Webinars, etc. Maintain a current, in-depth knowledge of the functions and special features of my client's products and be able to effectively transfer this knowledge to a wide range of users. Proactively provide additional consulting, training and onsite services as required Authors and produces documentation and educational materials, as needed.
