Software Developer (Bio/Chem)

Our Client is currently looking for a software applications developer with experience in C# or Java. This is an exciting opportunity to gain significant experience in high throughput experimentation design and lab automation.

 

Required:
* 2+ years C# (Java would be ok)
* Solid Web development experience (JSP, ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript)
* Must have solid experience of building Data Structures
* Solid SQL
* BS or MS degree computer science required, (background in chemistry or life sciences preferred)

Responsibilities:
* Prepare specifications for applications development or enhancement;
* Meet with users and Informatics team to agree requirements specifications and/or design;
* Code applications to in-house coding standards;
* Perform routine maintenance and bug-fixing of existing software.
